If you have symptoms of a 'cold', such as sore throat, fever, or coughing, please let us know prior to your appointment, so we can re-schedule you to a later date when you are feeling better.
Please also reschedule your appointment if you have traveled outside the United States in the last two weeks to an area affected by the corona virus disease. This includes China, Hong Kong, Iran, Italy, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, or Vietnam.
